A great Willie Park Jnr design in a deer park to the North of Southampton. Due to the undulating nature of the ground in which it is laid out the only flat lies are on the tes and you need to make use of them. The course rewards brain over brawn with placement of the tee shots the key to a good round. Unusual in having 5 par 5's and 5 par 3's. Three of the latter coming in 4 holes with lengths of 231, 167 and 182.
